The Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Deputy Director, Child Care Services and will collaborate closely with the Manager of Child Care Quality. The position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of child care quality initiatives, including initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and closure. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop and manage the Child Care Quality (CCQ) Plan, aligning goals, with organizational priorities, funding requirements and measurable outcomes. Establish timelines, performance benchmarks, and evaluation metrics for each initiative to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement. Monitor project implementation progress and make necessary adjustments to meet evolving program needs and challenges. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) in compliance with contractual obligations and timelines. Analyze data from ELP surveys, CCQ staff feedback, TECPDS, and CLI to identify trends, gaps, and areas of opportunity.
