Qualifications Twelve (12) months of culinary experience in a high-volume restaurant, resort or private club. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to apply them in the workplace. Safety conscious at all times to avoid injury to self and others. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of service. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
