ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Service Desk Manager with previous MSP experience who will be focused on leading service desk operations within an MSP environment

As a Senior IT Analyst, you will use your subject matter expertise to serve as a technical lead to the team responsible for Community Transit's ongoing systems administration and day-to-day operations of business technology systems, as well as the delivery and support of Community Transit's mid-tier and end-point technical infrastructure, including PeopleSoft platforms.
