Your Responsibilities on the Team Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field. Fulfill NHC requests for flyers, and collateral to support sales activity in partnership with regional teams. Support Quick Move-In (QMI) homes with accurate signage, post and monitor MLS listings, and oversee community photography. Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates. Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across assigned divisions. Partner with approved signage vendors for installs, removals, and updates. Manage and organize the marketing closet with current branded materials. Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events including grand openings, broker events, sales promotions, and open house weekends. Support national and regional campaign rollouts at the local community level. High school diploma or GED required. 0 - 2 Years of experience required. Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator. Computer skills and competencies are required. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types. Knowledge of Microsoft office applications is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams. Resourceful and solution oriented.
