    The Training Program Specialist designs, develops, and delivers learning programs that enhance performance and data quality across Dodge Content teams. This role is responsible for creating and managing training paths within the Learning Management System (LMS), developing engaging instructional content, and conducting live and recorded training sessions. The Training Program Specialist ensures that every training module aligns with organizational goals and empowers employees with the skills to maintain high data standards. Blow off egg collectors and sweep all walkways; shovel pits as needed. Maintain proper lighting and ventilation for poultry. Catch loose birds and ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained both inside and outside the barn. Perform related work as required and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Must be able to lift 50 lbs, reach, bend, twist, and lift above the head. Must be agile and able to work in various climate conditions. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Any equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual High School Diploma or GED or equivalent Varied farm work experience or previous flock experience preferred. Work Environment The role involves working primarily in barns, which requires managing and maintaining the facilities both inside and outside. This includes performing physical activities such as reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting above the head. The Flock Specialist will work in various climate conditions and must be prepared to handle tasks in different weather scenarios. Flexibility is required as the role demands working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
