You will lead, inspire, and make a tangible impact in the world of aviation with ST Engineering. * Ensure all Company activities in Production, Engineering, Technical Services, Logistics and Planning comply with applicable regulatory/governmental agencies, including FAA, EEOC, OSHA, EPA, Company policies and procedures, and customer requirements. * Drive aircraft maintenance & modification and supporting operations for achieving excellence and surpassing sales, profitability, cash flow and other business objectives. * Ensure teams consistently deliver on the Company's brand, quality of products and services, within scope and timelines, while meeting budgets and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. * Be responsive in resolving operational issues and escalated disputes with customers and suppliers. * Review and update pertinent Company policies and procedures for their continued relevance. * Prepare and plan utilization of labor and other resources, and manage operations to meet schedule and cost objectives while maintaining safety and quality. * Participate in weekly Operations budget review meetings, manage department costs, and continuously identify opportunities to implement sustainable solutions for reducing costs and improving efficiency while maintaining safety and quality. * Perform ongoing analysis of business processes and outputs to address operational gaps in aircraft maintenance and modification, provide solutions and strategies for addressing inefficiencies and implement corrective measures where required. * Create, communicate, and implement the Company's vision, mission, and overall strategic direction for the business. * Provide appropriate training and guidance to on-site vendors and internal staff relating to project-specific tasks, safety, quality, regulatory compliance, schedule and budgets. * Develop, coach, and mentor department heads and team leaders by setting goals and priorities, resolving stakeholder conflicts and tracking the execution of strategy. Evaluate the performance of direct reports and provide a path for improved performance. * Demonstrate the desired Company culture through personal behavior and actions. * Maintain awareness of the external competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and regulatory standards. * Embrace an entrepreneurial leadership spirit and foster the Company's culture of continuous improvement, and the Group's Sustainability initiatives. * Delegate duties to qualified assistants as necessary, while retaining overall accountability for results.     JOB SUMMARY The Operations Manager assists in the management of one or more title agency office(s). S/He assists in developing, training, and retaining effective office(s) support to meet objectives for profitability and growth. S/He directs and co-manages the day-to-day operational activities of the office (s). DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Actively manages the pipeline to ensure all components of the closing process are being timely and accurately completed (order entry, searches, commitments, CDs, policies, etc.) and communicate to customers and clients when needed Assist staff in reviewing complex title requirements and assist as needed (for example, preparing certificates of trust, affidavits of heirship, etc.) and training staff on same Assist in drafting and securing (as needed) any documentation needed for curative issues and train staff on same Manage closing calendar and secure appropriate coverage for all closing and coordinate with branch manager on closings for new clients Monitor assignment of clients and files to help create equal distribution of workload and coordinate with branch manager Facilitate cross training between escrow officers to help with balance of workload Establish and implement a standard for processing a file to help ensure the client has similar experience regardless of the escrow officer assigned to the file Become proficient in closing software (SoftPro Select) and all other technologies utilized by the organization (Microsoft Teams, FTE Connect, etc) Process transactions and perform advanced duties related to all facets of escrow processing as needed Work with central processing to ensure timely deliver of documents, information, etc to avoid any unnecessary delay Work with IT for any technology matters Work with Human Resources for employee relations matters Work with SoftPro Administration for closing production software matters Work with Chief Operation Officer for operational matters Work with other branches and other departments Maintain production levels and meets/exceeds expectations QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE Minimum of 5+ years of industry related experience.
