Responsibilities: The Traffic Control Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role, reporting to the DVP, with full profit and loss responsibility for assigned branches. The Traffic Control Operations Manager ensures branch operations adhere to company safety standards, deliver exceptional customer service, drive profitability, and align with the company's strategic growth goals. The Traffic Control Operations Manager will oversee 3-5 branch locations, managing Branch, Operations, and Project Managers, and will travel frequently to ensure successful branch performance. Implement safety programs and ensure all locations participate in creating a safe work environment for employees, contractors, and the public.
