A passenger service supervisor is responsible for overseeing the handling of passenger services, usually at an airport, to ensure smooth operations. The supervisor oversees the work of other passenger service staff working at the passenger information desk, check-in services, baggage handling, and ticket desks. You will ensure that the correct procedures are adhered to, handle customer complaints and issues arising, keep incident records, coordinate and liaise with partners such as airlines and cargo handling agents.
