Quality & Compliance Enforce quality inspection requirements and ensure QC documentation is completed properly on shift. Audit operator performance on in-process checks, visual inspections, material handling, and paperwork accuracy. Support rework, containment, and corrective action processes in partnership with Quality Control. Safety & Housekeeping Maintain a safe work environment, enforcing company policies, PPE usage, and safety procedures like Lockout/Tagout. Lead and enforce company standards and housekeeping expectations. Report and maintain incident logs, near-misses, and safety findings. Team Leadership & Performance Lead and manage machine operators, including training, coaching, and performance feedback. Conduct shift huddles, assign work, reinforce standards, and resolve personnel issues. Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and engagement. Production Reporting & ERP Use Accurately enter production, scrap, downtime, and labor data into ERP (IQMS or equivalent). Maintain traceability of materials, lot codes, labels, inventory moves, and work order status. Use ERP data to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making. III. Job Specific Qualifications: Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards and rework processes Technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience 5+ years' experience in manufacturing setting 3+ years' experience in management Inventory experience preferred Quality control experience preferred IV.Qualifications: Per requirements in our ITAR-regulated government contract, this position is restricted to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, and refugees) due to the need to access controlled technology.
