The successful candidate will ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Essential Functions: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations. Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Manage and mentor production team members, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, addressing employee concerns and promoting teamwork. Implement production plans and schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Monitor production metrics and adjust processes as necessary to achieve optimal efficiency. Implement and maintain quality control processes, conducting regular inspections and audits. Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards to ensure a safe working environment. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Implement Lean manufacturing and 5S practices to enhance productivity and efficiency. Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and records. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software. Familiar with ERP or SAP systems. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective corrective actions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance is required for this position. Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill levels. Physical Requirements: Ability to move around work sites, which may include walking, standing, and climbing ladders or stairs. Flexibility to bend, kneel, or crouch, particularly when inspecting installations or troubleshooting Capability to lift and carry moderate weights, typically up to 25-50 pounds, as some equipment and materials might be heavy. Occasional lifting of heavier items may be required, depending on the project. Ability to work in various environments, including offices, construction sites, and manufacturing facilities.
