The Manufacturing Support Supervisor is an integral part of the Plant Leadership teams. He or she must collaborate with other associates and other cross functional areas within operations. Manages available resources and leads associates to perform all departmental tasks in the most cost-effective manner while ensuring a quality product is processed according to schedule.
