Work with Sales Representatives, Lead Estimators, and PMs to close jobs.
Perform miscellaneous tasks, liaising between Estimators, PMs, LEGACY, and Project Handlers (PH).
Verify subcontractor validity and manage related documents.
Ensure compliance with program scopes and track program-related activities.
Monitor job inspections and input dates into DASH if missed.
Collaborate with team members to prevent escalations on projects.

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Student Accounts, and according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, the Business Coordinator will perform all financial accounting and customer relations functions. This position will provide support in the daily operations to the Director and Assistant Director in functional and management capacities when necessary, and assistance in the supervision, selection, training and evaluation of staff and student assistants. * Maintain accounts receivable ledgers through the timely posting of student, club and departmental transactions.
* Review and disburse petty cash reimbursements; run end-of-day reports including preparation of electronic bank deposits.
* Perform reconciliation of cashier sessions.
* Process refunds and ACH returns in accordance with federal, state and other applicable regulatory policies.
* Provide management support with staff and student assistant selection, training, supervision, and evaluation.
* Verify accuracy of transactions on student accounts, interpret entries and identify balances by accessing Banner and other applicable databases.
* Counsel customers regarding student related functions of other College departments.
* Assist with the student orientation process.

What You Will Do

Technical Project Management
When supporting our Project Management teams, you will coordinate and deliver multiple, simultaneous Building Automation, Fire\/Life Safety, or Integrated Security projects of various complexities in commercial buildings. You will also strategically manage fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and learning opportunities include but are not limited to:
Review project contracts, specs, and drawings to establish intent
Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate team needs, and identify time\-sensitive installations
Manage supply requisitions and oversee materials procurement
Review plans, participate in cost reviews, and assist in subcontractor contracting
Conduct orientation for technicians, provide project documentation, and track resources
Document events impacting schedule, scope, and efficiency
Pursue change\-order opportunities and coordinate billing
Schedule commissioning resources and provide documentation
Expedite mark\-ups for as\-built development
Complete project\-specific close\-out documentation

You'll make an immediate impact by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Only active military personnel will be considered for this internship and program acceptance requires military approval
Selected candidates will continue to be paid under their current wage\/benefits provided by the US Military and will not be paid by Siemens directly throughout internship participation
High school diploma or state\-recognized GED required
Demonstrated experience and\/or applied knowledge\/aptitude in the following:
Electro\-mechanical aptitude
Technical experience supporting mechanical, electrical, thermodynamic, hydraulic, mechatronic, construction (MEP) or other related systems
Project management experience to include project scope, scheduling, documentation, resource allocation and fiscal responsibility
Experience using Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written)
Demonstrated ability to interface with customers and collaborate with team members
Ability to work on\-site and travel within assigned local area as needed
Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
Preferred Qualifications:
U.S. Military experience as an E5 or above (Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, National Guard, Reserves)
Associate or bachelor's degree
(Automation specific) Experience in demand\-side energy services or Certified Energy Manager preferred
Familiarity or experience with engineering HVAC, Building Automation, Fire Alarm, or Security systems

As the hub of all claims, the coordinator is responsible for speaking with the customer, the ongoing customer follow up, handling service complaints, logistics of dispatching field personnel to jobs, while ensuring that the required Cycle Time and insurance Service Level Agreement tasks and deadlines are met. Understanding of the claims flow process
Manages data entry for each claim from First Notice of Loss through to completion of job in the CRM system (restore)
Daily review of compliance tasks and all job tasks are completed on time
Facilitates Adjuster communication and requests for approvals.
Facilitates coordination with vendors such as abatement or textile companies to ensure efficient communication and project progress.
Monitor and update jobs in the required operating system, making sure the job flows efficiently through the claims process, requirements, and cycle times (Mitigate,restore and XactAnalysis)
Ensure that uploading photos and other documents is appropriately described/titled and uploaded in real time, and follow up to get the missing required data from the homeowner and insurance/mortgage information not obtained on initial call.
Ensures smooth communication with the Field staff while they are at job sites to confirm all data entry is complete.
Obtains and provides all initial upload information to the Estimator within SLA guideline time requirement
Client Care Calls - ensure constant, often daily, communication with the customer.
Ensure daily notes are entered in all jobs, contacting
relevant participants and escalating to the department manager as required.
Takes on any additional task assigned by managers as needed.
