Work with Sales Representatives, Lead Estimators, and PMs to close jobs. Perform miscellaneous tasks, liaising between Estimators, PMs, LEGACY, and Project Handlers (PH). Verify subcontractor validity and manage related documents. Ensure compliance with program scopes and track program-related activities. Monitor job inspections and input dates into DASH if missed. Responsibilities * Assist with cost analysis, budget monitoring, forecasting, variance detection, project tracking, and project permitting to ensure contract compliance. * Set up and maintain projects in Deltek, including managing phases, billing rates, labor categories, multipliers, and contract types. * Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls across multiple active AEC projects, particularly in Geotechnical Engineering. * Work with Project Managers to prepare and process accurate client invoices, including Time & Materials, Fixed Fee, and Percent Complete billing. * Review project performance metrics such as utilization, realization, WIP, and backlog with Geotechnical Project Managers. * Analyze project variances and collaborate with project managers to address scope changes, overruns, and budget adjustments. * Support monthly close processes, including revenue recognition, WIP adjustments, and project reconciliations. * Ensure billing and revenue recognition comply with contract terms and firm accounting policies. * Maintain accurate project documentation to support internal and external audits. * Assist with reporting, dashboards, and process improvements to enhance project visibility and financial accuracy. You will also strategically manage fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.
