This internship provides exposure to project planning, communication with cross-functional teams, and the fundamentals of managing engineering projects from concept to completion. The intern will work under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager to gain practical experience in scheduling, documentation, and customer support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Senior Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks. Review customer specifications, quotes, and orders for completeness and accuracy under supervision. Support the development of project timelines, milestone tracking, and resource planning. Participate in internal and external meetings to observe and assist in project communication and follow-up. Help prepare project documentation such as meeting minutes, progress updates, and change order summaries. Assist with data collection and cost tracking related to project budgets and performance metrics. Participate in design and production meetings to gain an understanding of project flow and engineering collaboration.
