In collaboration with the Assistant Director, Recruitment and Partnerships, discover new opportunities and develop innovative strategies to generate awareness of SUO's programs and to enhance enrollment. Provide excellent customer service to ensure student satisfaction throughout the recruitment process. Exhibit professionalism by maintaining a positive attitude and adhering to departmental policies and procedures. Prepare regular reports documenting recruiting activities, visits to new and existing partners, number of leads obtained, and other ad hoc reports as requested. Work with Director, Data Analysis and CRM to prepare reports on numbers of applications, accepts and new student enrollment resulting from recruiting activities, and other reports as requested. Work with Director, SUO Communications to schedule social media postings and design marketing materials, such as flyers, to promote recruitment events. Comply with all state, federal, accreditation, and University rules and regulations regarding student recruitment and admissions.
