The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $132,100 to $301,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $158,500 to $342,700. Responsible for managing multiple sales orders concurrently.
Upon sales order assignment by the C.O.M, share responsibility with the O.S.R and Est. to hold a Turnover/Kick Off meeting at the point of sale to ensure all needed information and paperwork are complete; that the scope of work is clear; review the estimate and confirm values for all items; and begins the process of scheduling the project with production to align with “Customer Ship Date” in AX.
From point of sales order assignment, the P.L. becomes the point of contact for the customer. They must ensure the customer is kept up-to-date from production schedule to on-site delivery.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement complex automation tasks and cloud architecture
* Advocate DevOps culture, tooling, delivery methods, and cultural practices within Slalom and with our clients
* Assist with estimating work efforts and story pointing required for each phase of an agile project
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to peers, less experienced engineers, and client personnel
* Identify, qualify, and raise technical risks and issues
* Troubleshoot problems and automate responses for recurrent issues
* Design and build innovative, high-value CI/CD pipelines to deploy and manage Salesforce solutions
* Work with clients to meet business needs and solve problems
* Help develop project case studies, technology documentation, and training
* Help grow our culture of learning by taking part in and coordinating opportunities such as presenting at technical conferences, community groups, writing blog articles, and contributing to partner-coordinated workshops
* Identify opportunities for growth/maturation of DevOps offerings, and help set the direction for that growth
* Be a trusted advisor to client enterprise architects and program managers
* Build and develop relationships with DevOps Alliance partners as Slalom Global team leads, and market practice leaders
* Support recruiting and onboarding of new employees
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years working on the Salesforce Platform in Development
* 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Release Management
* Experience in the sandbox and environment management
* Experience managing Salesforce DevOps processes across multiple organizations and business units
* Experience designing and implementing end-to-end Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
* Experience implementing and using tools such as GIT (or other version control systems), Jekins, AutoRABIT, Copado, Flosum, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Salesforce DX or other equivalent tools
* Active certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
* Experience collaborating across multiple functional and/or technical teams to deliver an Agile-based project
* Ability to communicate with clients on a business level and translate their needs into technical solutions
* Excellent mentoring and leadership skills

* Sr. Consultant: $149,000 - $185,000
* Principal: $165,000-$205,000
San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Boston, Houston, New Jersey, New York City, Washington DC, Westchester:
* Sr. Consultant: $137,000 - $170,000
* Principal: $151,000-$188,000
All other locations:
* Sr. Consultant: $125,000 - $156,000
* Principal: $139,000-$172,000
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Job Description
Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced ProjectManager to support corporate interior construction projects for an International Financial Services Client. The ideal ProjectManager will be driven to provide our clients with excellent service.

Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects.
Can analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized
Ensure application of best practice on all projects
Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required
Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are being applied correctly
Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews
Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications
Forecast and update key project milestones
Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria
Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders
Rapid response to RFIs from the field
Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required
Independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers
Client management - assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities
Strategic Thinking - provide advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients' objectives and business objectives
Knowledge management - ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project is captured
Process improvement - Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant projectmanagement experience supporting corporate interior construction is required. Prior experience supporting banking or financial services client is preferred.
Strong organizational and management skills - ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team
Effective presentation skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction projectmanagement tools
Strong communication skills.
