Market VieMed's disease management program to potential and existing referral sources

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Sales Representative to join VieMed's dynamic team. In this field-oriented role, you will leverage established healthcare relationships to promote advanced respiratory solutions, enhance patient outcomes, and contribute to the growth of our organization. You will represent a leading provider in home ventilation and respiratory management, making a meaningful impact on patients' lives through innovative care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and expand relationships with Pulmonologists, Hospitalists, Case Managers, Critical Care Physicians, and other referral sources to generate patient referrals.
Promote VieMed's comprehensive home ventilation, disease management, and respiratory care programs through professional presentations, clinical education sessions, and collaborative partnerships.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory growth targets.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Respiratory Therapists and operational staff, to ensure smooth patient transitions from hospital to home care settings.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of account activities, referrals, and sales metrics.
Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and healthcare regulations to maintain compliance and enhance credibility with healthcare providers.
Demonstrate professionalism, persistence, and a results-driven approach in a fast-paced healthcare sales environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven relationships with Pulmonologists, Hospitalists, Case Managers, or Respiratory Care Departments (required).
Hands-on experience with Mechanical Ventilation and Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV) systems (required).
Demonstrated success in navigating hospital systems and influencing clinical decision-makers to drive referral growth.
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience, ideally within respiratory therapy, DME, LTACH, or critical care sectors.
Formal sales training and/or clinical experience in respiratory care or related fields preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
