You'll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided to you. Position Overview
Full-Time Schedule: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts
Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional outdoor activities and interaction with customers in various weather conditions. Majority of work is done in air-conditioned indoor spaces.
As a Sales BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your mission will be to engage leads through various channels such as internet, phone, and in-person visits. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service, build lasting relationships, and assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Proactively monitor and follow up on internet leads and inquiries from potential customers.
Customer Interaction: Handle incoming and outgoing calls throughout the day to assist customers, answer questions, and set appointments.
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to help facilitate seamless customer experiences and vehicle purchases.
Customer Needs Assessment: Use active listening to understand customers' needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles.
Appointment Scheduling: Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments, ensuring a smooth process for both customers and the sales team.
Surveys & Feedback: Conduct customer surveys to collect feedback and improve service quality.
In-Market Consumers: Speak with in-market buyers, answer questions about available vehicles, and provide helpful information about features, financing, and trade-ins.
Trade-In Assistance: Assist customers with trade-in evaluations and questions, providing fair offers and guidance.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven track record in customer service and/or automotive sales (BDC or internet experience preferred).
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong ability to build rapport with customers and maintain relationships for repeat business.
Multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Passionate about the automotive industry, with an interest in learning about new vehicles and technologies.
Comfortable using automotive computer systems and managing multiple applications simultaneously.
