TAD (Transport Authorization Department) Specialist
Compensation: $18.00 - $ 20.00 per hour
Schedule:
6:00 am - 6:00 pm: Thursday, Friday & Saturday
6:00 am - 6:00 pm: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (overtime eligible)
**will eventually transition to overnight hours**
The Transport Authorization Department (TAD) Specialist is responsible for authorization management of non-emergency transports. TAD Specialists work with Communications, Operations, payors, and billing to ensure appropriate paperwork is obtained before or around the time of the patient's transport.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Communications to ensure proper guidance and dispatch for non-emergency transports, including required paperwork and authorizations.
Review non-emergency transports to identify the correct payor and determine authorization requirements.
Follow established processes to request and obtain necessary authorizations.
Manage the Authorization work bin to meet payor requirements.
Address customer complaints promptly by investigating, redirecting, or resolving issues.
Maintain professionalism and uphold company policies, procedures, and information security standards.
Build and sustain strong relationships with AMR teams (Operations, Business Development, IT, Finance) and external stakeholders (clients, payors, consultants, banks, government agencies).
Demonstrate teamwork, cooperation, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
Take initiative to learn new skills, improve communication, and enhance personal knowledge.
Communicate effectively with customers, facilities, AMR Operations, and payors.

Qualifications:
Education & Industry Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
EMT certification/licensure or medical experience preferred.
Familiarity with computer programs and software preferred.
Experience working with the general public preferred.
Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines for ambulance billing preferred
Medical industry experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft office and basic computer functions; ability to use a QWERTY keyboard with 40 words per minute typing
Knowledge of HIPPA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other key regulations within one month of hire.
Basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology preferred
Clear communication in English, both verbal and written, with proper grammar and punctuation.

Role Responsibilities
Manufacturing Sustaining & Engineering Support
BOM & ECR Management:

Production Transactions:
Generate Assembly Complete (AC) and 'Dekit' orders for assemblies and sub-assemblies at the Contract Manufacturer (CM).
Quality Support:
Assist in monitoring manufacturing process yields and test fallout rates.
Support engineers in basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues.
Documentation:
Collect and organize Return Material Authorization (RMA) data related to manufacturing failures.
Maintain the inventory overview of failed/repaired units.
Inventory and Logistics Coordination
Standard Moves:
Manage all inbound and outbound CM shipments, ensuring operational readiness and setup support.
Process ticket requests and manage service ticket creation and monitoring in collaboration with the Logistics workflow team.
Equipment Movement:
Support in fulfilling imagery collection equipment movement requests (domestic and international) through the product lifecycle, keeping in mind country-specific regulations.
Inventory Audits & Control:
Assist with annual physical inventory counts in collaboration with the CM.
Review inventory data, identify discrepancies, and perform necessary audits or reconciliations.
Support stock management, scheduled stock count, and forecasting activities
Desired Skills & Experience
A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a High School diploma will be accepted with enough relevant experience.
2-5 years of combined experience in logistics/inventory and manufacturing/sustaining engineering roles.
2 years of experience with Hardware Operations
Proficient in ERP and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).

The Genomics Core Biomedical Specialist is responsible for carrying out wet lab procedures involving DNA/RNA isolation from various sources such as cells, tissue, FFPE curls and scrapes, and blood. In addition, they possess expertise in the complete Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflow, which includes DNA/RNA quantification and quality control (QC) analysis, manual library preparation, library quantification and QC analysis, sequencing on the Illumina platform, and analysis of sequencing metrics.
As part of their duties, the Biomedical Specialist will ensure accurate and up-to-date electronic documentation using an electronic lab notebook, project management software, and laboratory information management system. They will also manually prepare libraries for bulk cell, single cell, and spatial omics, covering transcriptomics (RNA-Seq), genomics (WGS/WES), epigenomics (WGBS, ATAC-Seq), and metagenomics (16S/ITS amplicon sequencing, shotgun).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Answer all incoming phone calls according to management-approved incoming call word tracks (scripts) and schedule showroom visits or test drive appointments.
* Collect customer's names, multiple phone numbers, and email addresses from all incoming sales or advertising campaign calls.
* Log all Customer contacts and comments into CRM Software.
* Schedule future follow-up contact in CRM software if no appointment is generated from the initial incoming sales call.
* Contact Customers using management-approved outbound phone contact word tracks (scripts) and customer contact lists in CRM Software to schedule showroom appointments that check-in upon arrival with the reception desk.
* Confirm scheduled appointments using the appointment confirmation email template in CRM software.
* Post scheduled appointments into CRM software and print a copy for CRM Administrators at the showroom reception desk.
* Contact "No Show" customers and reschedule their showroom appointments for a more convenient day and time.
* Follow up with CRM Administrators at the reception desk to determine if appointments are kept and the outcome.
* Results-Based CRM: Change the status of prospect records in CRM software to reflect the customer's progress within the car buying cycle, and schedule future customer contact for every customer based on the results of current customer contact.
* Purify and update Customer information and contact data in the CRM application… Maintain accurate notes describing every customer contact.
* Generate personalized emails confirming phone conversations
* Schedule follow-up reminders in CRM software for the next contact.
* Contact Customers based on current Nissan marketing initiatives.
* Respond to Customer web-based requests using email and telephone.
* Contact Internet Customers via email and phone to schedule a Sales appointment.
* Follow up on Internet Customer emails according to a pre-determined timeline.
* Create a customer welcome folder for the reception desk on all confirmed appointments.
* Print Customer reception presentation based on appointment type.
* Forward any Customer concerns to the correct Departmental Manager and follow up with the customer to verify concerns have been addressed

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:
* Perform a broad variety of computer, telephone, and audio-visual support duties to facilitate and implement automated systems for District faculty and staff; receive and respond to complex service calls and requests for assistance.
* Provide coordination and oversight of IT systems used within the District domain to manage the phone system, imaging system, imaging of computer systems, computer patching, mobile devices and other related IT systems.
* Be a second level resource for all computer and other technical issues that require additional technical expertise to address.
* Provide advanced technical assistance, set-up/installation, training and support services for the operation of computer and telephone systems, networks, audio-visual equipment and other IT related peripheral equipment.
* Assemble, install and test computer hardware and related equipment; install required wiring and cabling and connections to servers.
* Receive, inventory, set-up and operationally test incoming computers, phone systems, audio visual equipment and related IT peripheral equipment; set up and provide expertise in arranging workstations.
* Troubleshoot and repair computer, server and network connections, telephone systems, audiovisual equipment, and peripheral equipment failures and malfunctions.
* Create and distribute enterprise-wide computer and software packages to be deployed by imaging technologies.
* Install, configure, and manage complex audio and video equipment used in smart classroom and meeting rooms, including cabling and end-user interface programming to support device switching and volume control between a touch panel and various components.
* Coordinate warranty work and major repair services performed by contractors or other providers.
* Operate a variety of computer equipment and peripheral devices, diagnostic and test equipment, switches, network servers, hubs, routers, scanners and other related equipment.
* Maintain system security and protection of confidential information, files, and electronic data.
* Prepare and maintain records and reports related to user accounts and profiles, work performed and parts inventory.
