About the Role
Carr & Duff is expanding our Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team and looking for a motivated BIM Specialist with 2+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or design.
You'll help bring our projects to life digitally before they're built - using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to coordinate models, detect clashes, and support prefabrication and field operations.
This is a hands-on opportunity to combine technical skill with real-world impact on major electrical and infrastructure projects.

* Prepare and submit expense reports (accompanied with the appropriate receipts) and service truck mileage on a timely basis.
* Ensure that the service truck is properly maintained in good working condition and appearance.
* Maintain personal appearance in a neat and professional manner (within the context of the working environment) and ensure professional communications with customers and coworkers.
* Notify Service Manager of any tooling, shop, yard, or vehicle requirements or deficiencies.
* Continue with service training education to enhance knowledge and service capabilities, and remain current on new technologies.

Organization & Time Management

Maintain workflow and queue maintenance according to defined workflows.
Review reports and loan files in the closing pipeline to keep loans moving toward closing; alerting lenders and processing management of potential rush situations as early as possible.
Working on assigned reports timely and accurately according to procedures.
Administration/Other Duties
Prepare appropriate file documentation and participation in ICFR compliance activities, including but not limited to documenting logs within ACR and completion of all pre-closing conditions.
Work directly with borrowers with any timing or other concerns.
Education
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or business. Loan processing and documentation experience preferred or training/experience in banking, finance, or legal industries.
Experience
Generally, five to eight years of experience in real estate or loan processing is preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact clients via phone, email, and written communication to resolve past-due accounts and secure payment.
Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with customers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.
Provide excellent customer service while discussing payment options, negotiating arrangements, and addressing account inquiries.
Document account activity, communications, and payment commitments accurately in company systems.
Partner with accounting, sales, and customer service teams to resolve disputes or billing discrepancies.
Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts as needed.
Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and applicable regulations
What is required...
2+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
Demonstrated ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Customer-first mindset with the ability to maintain professionalism in difficult conversations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting or CRM software.
High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability.
