Market & Demand Intelligence
· Maintain working knowledge of each hotel's local market, competitive landscape, and demand drivers
· Track special events, demand influencers, and market disruptions; adjust strategies accordingly
· For airport properties, review monthly passenger traffic trends and assess impact on demand
Collaboration & Support
