Our YDPs assist with after-school programming at our clubs. We are looking for individuals with a passion for working with youth, in supervised, fun and safe environments. Our YDPs are responsible for planning and implementing appropriate program activities; tracking, promoting and encouraging program participation; and assisting with membership recruitment. Job Description Opening- Urgently Hiring! Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio (BGCNEO) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Part- Time Assistant Club Director (ACD) to oversee daily operations at our Frank Jacinto Club in Lorain. The ACD will report to the Club Director/Regional Area Director and be responsible for assisting in the management of one location; in the absence of the club director, serve as lead staff person at the site and work with administration, Club staff and volunteers to provide members with an optimal Club experience. Our hope is to find someone with a background in the following areas: Program management, staff supervision, effective guidance and communication (both verbal and written) skills, Bachelor's degree preferred and/or subsequent professional experience. Position Open Beginning Jan 12, 2026 !!! This is a Part-time position, Monday through Friday - Payrate is $ 18.26 per hour. ** this is a 5 day/week position! Must be available for all days, Monday through Friday! Shift is After-School Hours -approx. 1:30 pm- 6:30 pm (Aug-May) (20-25 hours per week) ***Summer Club Shift typically between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
