Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of conducting comprehensive UserResearch across multiple methodologies, driving actionable insights that shape product development and customer success.
+ 5+ years working with a various userresearch methodologies including focus groups, ethnography, concept validation, usability testing, card sorting, surveys, mobile testing, etc.

Job Summary :
The Research Scientific Publishing and Repository Specialist serves as a senior editor for key manuscripts and projects, while also acting as the primary facilitator of educational and publication repository initiatives within the Office of Scientific Publications.
Collaborating closely with the Biomedical Library, the role contributes to the development and maintenance of the Moffitt Publication Repository, Manuscript Pre-Submission Review Process, in addition to editing SOPs, topic guidelines, webpages, and resource guides.
The role involves extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including grant administrators, members of the Office of Scientific Development, and sponsors (NIH, DOD, etc.), to develop and maintain internal tracking and reporting required by grants, research projects, and institutional authorities.

Experience in identifying and circumventing these security measures

The candidate will be expected to collaborate with clinical and engineering teams to translate laboratory findings into therapeutic strategies. The successful candidate for this position is expected to have already established, or have the potential to establish, a nationally recognized, competitively funded research program and participate in graduate/medical student education and mentoring. The successful candidate will be provided with dry and wet laboratory space at the Center for Aging & Brain Repair and be placed in the Department of Neurosurgery as a home Department. Responsibilities
Conduct innovative and high-impact basic science research on traumatic brain injury with a focus on mechanisms of injury, repair and neuroinflammation.
