This person will provide leadership in conjunction with the physician Board Members and senior management team, ensuring the mission and core values of the Company are implemented. Represents the Company with all business partners, negotiating contracts and financing arrangements. Recruits physicians, develops contracts for their employment, and subsequent partnership. Oversees financial report preparations and analyses tracking historical performance as well as projecting future performance of cash flows and profitability in meeting business goals and objectives.
