Assures that appropriate training and continuing in-service training instruction is received by all assigned personnel as needed. Coordinates the administrative functions for the department such as billing, accounting, payroll and other related activities, as needed. Develops systems/reports which guide and support administrative operations, as needed. Assists in preparation and maintenance of contracts and contract proposals. Coordinates space planning, lease formalities and office automation. Coordinates operational matters as building maintenance/repair, office equipment and purchasing. Maintains and develops relationships with vendors, including getting quotes. Organizes, plans and attends department/program meetings, retreats, trainings and events, as required. May assist with Human Resource related tasks including interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training and performance evaluations, processing paperwork and maintaining employee records. Maintains databases such as the Network's Census system. Processes and maintains payroll and invoices/account payables for all disciplines within the office or department. Investigates all discrepancies and resolves all payroll problems. Performs timekeeper responsibilities for assigned employees as required. May act as central contact for disseminating information from departments, offices, states and regions Performs other related duties and activities as required. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Project Delivery Systems Administration and Leadership Lead use of Microsoft Azure DevOps and project management tooling ecosystem across product and engineering teams Plan and execute a comprehensive roadmap strategy for Microsoft ADO, Microsoft Project, Jira, Planview PPM Pro, and Monday.com Manage Supporting day-to-day project management tooling operations Design and develop enhanced executive and delivery team dashboards and reports Develop and deliver training to Agile delivery teams Collaborate with Agile delivery teams to align tool with delivery methodology Collaborate with vendor partners and internal IT partners to design and put in place effective solutions Monitor and troubleshoot application environment to minimize business downtime Lead and execute testing of fixes and new features Stay up to date on the latest technologies and best practices Agile (SAFe/Scrum) Skills Understand Agile (SAFe/Scrum) delivery methodologies Understand Scrum and Kanban board management best practices Understand metric best practices (Velocity, Burndowns, WIP Limits, Cycle Time, Lead Time, etc.) Communication Lead system roadmap strategy reviews Communicate system changes to end user population Ensure that feedback from key business owners is fully acknowledged and incorporated into functional specifications, process flow diagrams and project plans to give business leaders the confidence that they are being heard and that their needs will be met Serve as a communication bridge between product and developers to facilitate understanding of initial requirements, questions, and changes across these groups. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully for business and technical audiences Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field 3 years of Experience working in Agile-based product development organizations 1 year of Microsoft Azure DevOps System Administration experience Preferred Qualifications: Prefer that candidate has 1 or more of these certifications, but not required: Certifications - Azure Devops Solutions Expert or other related training. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or other related certifications
