Center Consultants are responsible for answering incoming calls and tending to the customer's needs regarding a company's product or service. Their duties include handling phone calls, answering customer's emails, managing customer complaints, selling products or services, placing orders through software, and responding to product or service information request. Center Consultants also conduct service research, handle applications and orders as well as perform calls routing.
