A customer care assistant's primary responsibility is to assist potential customers and to handle concerns from existing clients through calls, correspondence, or face-to-face interactions. Their daily tasks include answering inquiries, providing price quotes, discussing product and service specifications, offering discounts, processing payments, issuing refunds or replacements, and solving issues promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
