While the main responsibilities are listed below, the Line Cook/The Dishwasher will assist with additional tasks as directed by the team lead. This role is responsible for preparing, cooking, and delivering flavorful dishes to our guests, ensuring that every bite is a satisfying and memorable experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Open/close kitchen when needed. * Prepare a variety of different appetizers/entrees for guests and ensure food preparation to keep the kitchen and line fully stocked. * Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes. * Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine. * Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine; unload and organize them properly. * Empty trash containers regularly and maintain a clean work area by sweeping and mopping as needed. * Perform additional cleaning duties and clean food prep stations and equipment as requested. * Control and direct the food preparation process while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service. * Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.
