Position Overview:
Were seeking a dynamic and reliable Group Leader to join our Out-of-School Time (OST) team, working with youth during the school year after-school program and our full-day summer camp. This position is ideal for someone passionate about youth development, creative programming, and building strong relationships with students in a fun, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
During the School Year (Afternoon Hours):
- Supervise a group of 1224 students during program hours.
-Lead and supervise a group of students (elementary or middle school) with snack distribution, attendance, and daily transitions.
- Plan and facilitate enrichment sessions (e.g., arts & crafts, STEM, sports, homework help).
- Maintain consistent attendance records and student logs.
- Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure students are engaged in a safe, positive, inclusive, and respectful environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
During Summer Camp (Full-Day Schedule):
- Supervise a group of 1224 students during program hours.
-Lead campers in a variety of themed weekly activities, field trips, and outdoor games.
- Support implementation of special programs, guest workshops, and weekly events.
- Ensure daily safety procedures are followed and campers are accounted for.
- Foster a positive group culture focused on respect, learning, and fun.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in education, youth development, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience working with children in camps, classrooms, after-school programs, or recreational settings.
- Ability to commit to afternoons during the school year approximately 2:30 PM6:00 PM and full-day shifts in the summer approximately 8:00 AM5:00 PM depending on location.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and behavior management skills.
- Must be dependable, energetic, and creative.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must pass background and reference checks.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to engage in physical activities with children, including playing games and participating in outdoor activities.
Ability to lift 25 lbs. as necessary.

Contributes to production tasks on a regular basis to meet daily goals.
Oversees production areas for overall shift in Supervisor's absence and reports any production issues to Supervisors and/or Value Stream Management as needed for assistance.
Reviews throughout the shift all day by the hour sheets, production and/or materials issues and provides status information to the Supervisor and takes action to keep on schedule.
Understands item numbers and OSK information to ensure proper assembly was performed.

Utilizes LDM boards to capture and highlight wins/challenges and escalates to the Value Stream Board as needed.
Works proactively to identify productivity and process yield issues and takes appropriate action to resolve them.
Trains, cross trains and works to Standard Work procedures where available; contributes to developing standard work where needed
Helps all employees understand Omega policies and procedures and brings issues to area supervisor if there are concerns or violations.
Uses SyteLine and other methods as needed to monitor and track open demand, output and materials.
Holds daily huddles for shift hand offs to maintain communication on machine/cell performance with each work cell within area of responsibility, review daily plan and provide any information updates.
Fills in for other group leaders when needed, must be aware of support needed in all area processes.
Follows the Leader Standard Work database tracking for all Group Leads and achieves a weekly goal as given by the Production Supervisor.
Communicates with maintenance and engineering support as needed, is proactive with assessing and communicating future requirements for the area.
Coordinates with manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and other support functions to resolve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) concerns within the cell.
Participates and leads change in all operational improvement activities.
Prioritizes practice of 6S safety and housekeeping policies throughout all areas.
Ensures proper PPE equipment is available and being used when required.
Conduct end of shift staff and building security checks.
Requirements
Abilities/Skills Required:

**Role Summary:**
Responsible for overall oversight, management, and delivery of site contracts for assigned studies at country, regional, or global level and other site contracting projects as assigned.

+ In collaboration within ICON internal project team members and client, develops and implements the overall study site contracting strategy at country, regional, or global, as assigned.
+ Leads, trains, and/or serves as consultant on the site contract and budget development process from origination through finalization.

+ Maintains open/professional communication with clients, Site Contracts Department team members, and other ICON employees, as appropriate.

+ Conducts final quality checks by adhering to departmental and/or client requirements, as required.
+ Responsible for overall financial management for site contracts, including but not limited to, working within the scope of the project, identifying out of scope work, monitoring financial units, and other tasks as required.
+ Accountable for complex global studies with large country mix, complex protocols and budgets, transition studies, and other challenging studies.

+ Serves as mentor for other Site Contracts Leads.
