Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #3063 located at: 623 S Main St, Princeton, IL 61356.
This is a part time position and the starting pay rate is $17.50/hr.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Develop a detailed working knowledge of BlackHawk policies, procedures and practices.
Maintain a deep understanding of the BHID systems (including P21, OS ticket, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Compass), suppliers' systems/websites and usage of those systems.
Perform all work in accordance with the company documented ISO processes and procedures utilizing appropriate company systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The purpose of the Guest Services Representative position at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Peru is to provide world class service to all guests. The Operations Manager will train and supervise the operations of the front desk department of the hotel so that they provide superior customer service and operate the hotel to assure the highest possible level of guest satisfaction.
