Responsibilities
The Senior HR Systems Analyst takes a lead role in analysis, reporting, and project management for HR Systems, including Workday, Taleo, and iCIMS.
Develop Definition of Business Requirements and Specifications.
Prepare Fit-Gap Analysis with key resources which might include: Workday, Firm IT, and functional experts in Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent Development.
Recommend changes to business process to increase efficiency and continue to develop HR Systems.
Complete system setup and configuration. Ensure that configuration is able to be maintained with ease.
Work with key resources on needed data conversions, data cleanup, and auditing.
Set up and administer user security associated with new or changed functionality.
Develop, test, and document custom reports and exports to support new or changed functionality.

Develop system and user documentation and other training material as necessary.

Provide production and system administration support for current HR systems environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior HR Systems implementation and/or production support experience.
Workday HCM experience required.
Working knowledge of ad hoc report writing tools, with practical experience in developing custom reports and exports.
Previous spreadsheet, database or file management system experience preferred (Excel, Access).
Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively with minimal supervision or by following broad guidelines.
Advanced analytical and information gathering skills; ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive, detailed data. Including the ability to anticipate issues and outcomes, and make effective decisions.

Marketing to meet sales goals through close data analysis, sales platform
maintenance and performance strategy across all sales channels, while maintaining

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for comprehensive reporting and analysis of Ecommerce metrics
including sales, website and outside agency performance to optimize UX and
meet sales goals, with a proven ability to identify opportunities through analytics.
- Collaborate with VP of Retail Sales + Marketing and Systems
Coordinator to facilitate product lifecycle, including managing site
catalogs, back-end uploads and promotional calendar.
- Review quality assurance on desktop & mobile sites regularly for issues and
identify areas of opportunity. Identify and troubleshoot tracking and feed errors.
- Execute site updates to ensure error free and timely product launches.
- Assist VP of Retail Sales + Marketing in partnering with external agencies.
- Partner with the Operations and Customer Service team to proactively facilitate
and resolve issues and escalations via on-site and channel messaging.
- Recommend changes, updates and improvements to support the
company's DTC objectives based on industry trends and
comprehensive market research.
- Assist manager and team members with ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
- Maintain communication with Retail and Wholesale teams to ensure continuity
across channels, including accuracy of imagery and pricing alignment.
Required Skills:
- 5+ Years of E-Commerce experience
- Proficient in Google Analytics, DTC Ecommerce platforms, heat-mapping and
customer behavior tools. Shopify+ experience preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, Google/Microsoft Office programs and generally web
savvy.
- Commitment to working with products and analytics on a granular level.
- Extreme attention to detail, curiosity about the Ecommerce space and
commitment to continued improvement.

Job Justification
The Senior Threat Analyst role is a critical part of NYC Cyber Command's effort to defend the city's infrastructure and sensitive data against escalating cybersecurity threats. This position ensures ongoing threat detection, analysis, and incident response to minimize risks, prevent breaches, and maintain public safety. Without this position, NYC is at increased risk of cyberattacks that could disrupt critical services.
Scope of Services & Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze City networks for intrusions, anomalies, and potential threats.
Provide 24x7x365 support as part of the Security Operations Center (SOC) team.
Coordinate incident response and threat mitigation with internal teams and external partners.
Generate and maintain SOC situation reports (SITREPs), metrics, and routine documentation.
Perform weekly quality control and security assessments.
Collaborate on the development and refinement of SOC playbooks and runbooks.
Act as a senior team member providing guidance and leadership to junior analysts.
Mandatory Skills/Experience
8+ years of experience in Threat Management, SOC, or Incident Response.
Proven leadership skills-able to guide junior analysts and manage SOC operations.
Hands-on experience with SOC environments and tools including:
SIEM (e.g., Splunk, IBM QRadar)
IDS/IPS systems
EDR tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Carbon Black)
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
Deep understanding of network protocols and host-level security.
Experience with:
Threat hunting and proactive detection
Malware analysis and mitigation
Diagnostic tools like NetFlow, IDS logs, security event logs
Ability to apply principles of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Excellent verbal and written communication, especially for executive reporting.
Experience in full incident response lifecycle: detection, containment, mitigation, and recovery.
Special Requirements
Must be available for night shifts, weekends, and emergency/critical coverage as needed.
Position requires onsite presence at SOC headquarters.
