* May maintain escrow account and monitor the upcoming sales transactions for completeness and compliance and ensure necessary information has been ordered and is accurate, i.e. payoff, abstract, title evidence, reports, mortgage documentation, and other pertinent information. (15-20%)
* Provide support to the sales associates which may include, processing license applications for new, renewing and transferring sales associates, ensuring all paperwork is completed and processed in a timely manner, conducting orientation for new sales associates, assisting sales associates with billings, advertising, paperwork and training. Remain available and act as the first point of contact for sales associates. (15-20%)
* Coordinate special events, collateral material, flyers, handouts and brochures. (0-5%)
* Provide telecommunication support, including notice of phone number changes, coordinate long distance codes with long distance carrier as needed; assign voice mail and DID numbers for new agents; maintain voice mail computer system adding and deleting agents as required. (0-5%)

Program Requirements
Lived/living experience in recovery from substance use, mental health, and/or trauma-related challenges, with at least one year sustained recovery.
Interest in pursuing a career that applies peer recovery principles.
Available to begin June 22, 2026, and commit to a 6-month program term (June-December 2026), for a minimum of 20 hours/week (Monday-Thursday, 9am-2pm).
Ability to travel to Strength In Peers sites and partner locations and participate in assigned activities.
Basic computer skills (email, word processing, data entry). Training provided as needed.
You will need to complete a phone and/or in-person interview before being accepted into the Lion's PRIDE program. Participation in an interview does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of 72-hour DBHDS Peer Recovery Specialist training.
Personal vehicle for transportation to and from Strength In Peers offices and partner field sites.
Personal, educational, and/or volunteer experience with peer support and/or behavioral health.

Required Qualifications:

Veterinary Emergency Services (VES) is an urgent care/emergency-only small animal practice in Verona, Virginia and the only after hours care provider in the Shenandoah Valley. The practice was founded in 1998 with the goal of providing high quality care for critically ill or injured pets when other practices are closed. The practice is on a growth trajectory and is ready to welcome new and experienced veterinarians looking to use their emergency and surgical skills or to grow them.
As an Urgent Care/ER-only practice, VES is open 6 pm to 8 am Monday through Thursday and 24 hours on weekends and holidays.
