Follow instructions on safe use of all chemicals/cleaning materials. Assist with cash management, including distributing banks, processing change requests, supporting timely cash drops, and restocking kiosks. Assist with inventory processes, including organizing the stock room, distributing to displays, and securing inventory during closing. Provide support with ticketing, marketing updates, maintenance needs, and crew functions, as well as projection operations (for eligible team members who meet the minimum age requirement). Help create an inclusive environment to ensure everyone feels welcomed, valued, and respected. Adherence to AMC Wardrobe 101 Standards, including black non-slip shoes, black pants, an AMC provided shirt (where applicable), and any items required by local regulations. Pleasant, Utah. _____________________________________________ Oxbow Academy provides very specialized treatment. We are often the last hope to families in crisis who don't know where to turn. As a youth mentor on the Oxbow team, you will provide a safe and supervised environment where our families' sons can begin the healing process. Students at Oxbow Academy have broken sexual boundaries. These issues are often misunderstood and result in debilitating anxiety and shame. Our goal is to provide hope where it has been lost, rebuild trust where it has been broken, and help these young men and their families move forward. As a mentor at Oxbow Academy, you provide hope to families. Their sons are finally safe. Healing can finally begin. You will gain experience in the behavioral and mental health fields and working with adolescents. You will share experiences with our students including high adventure activities that help build authentic, healthy relationships. These relationships are central to the healing process. Often the relationships formed with mentors are the most meaningful to our students and central to deep and lasting change. They create the safety needed to take the first step forward. Requirements Please note: your resume should include education, work experience, certifications, and licenses 20+ years of age High School diploma or equivalent Able to pass criminal investigation background check Able to pass motor vehicle record check (if applicable) Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment) 1st Aid & CPR certified (we may provide) Aegis certified (we may provide) Good time management Works well within a team Leadership skills and ability to make decisions Strong problem-solving aptitude Able to emotionally self-regulate Good judgement Safety-oriented Effective communicator including listening, writing, and speaking Firm, healthy boundaries Must be able to adhere to physical demands of walking, running, lifting, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, snow boarding, and any other outside and animal related activities in various conditions.
