AS 400 experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective business writing and presentation skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Thorough knowledge of GMP's, HACCP, SQF and BRC. Proven track record within a Continuous Improvement Environment. Ability to lead, develop, train, and motivate workforce while at the same time ensuring a healthy work environment and a high level of employee engagement. Excellent problem solving skills and hands on approach. Work Environment: General office environment setting and warehouse environment. The majority of the work will be performed in the JBC department where the person will be exposed to strong aromas, airborne dust particles emanating from ingredients being used.
