    A top 50 global law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Denver team. This role is part of a team support model for a group of associate attorneys. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a litigation legal assistant and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide support as part of a team of Legal Administrative Assistants to a group of associate attorneys. Collaborate closely with attorneys to effectively manage day-to-day coordination of the attorneys' various practices. Manage a broad range of complex administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports and meeting materials, entering time, editing documents, furnishing information, responding to routine correspondence, assisting with technical support, processing expense reports, and answering telephone calls. Manage client onboarding, billing, and relationship management activities. Organize complex domestic/international travel arrangements, with detailed itineraries both personal and professional. Coordinate flights, hotel accommodations, car service, visas, dining reservations, etc. Team-oriented mentality. Provide back-up support to peers. Liaise with other firm departments and key stakeholders to complete tasks effectively and efficiently. Qualifications Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands with minimal supervision. Exceptional verbal and written communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and clients. Collaboration and facilitation skills to work with various departments and facilitate their ability to work with each other. Ability to work independently and with a team, and to delegate and manage resources effectively. Exhibit high degree of initiative and critical-thinking skills in exercising independent judgment and making decisions in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented work environment.
