Design & Communication: Proven ability in visual storytelling, reflected by expert proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, paired with exceptional writing and presentation skills.
Technical Proficiency: Required CRM experience. Proficiency in platforms such as OpenAsset, HubSpot, ClickUp, WordPress, and SurveyMonkey is strongly preferred.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Structure

2. Landing Page & Creative Optimization

Analyze performance across audiences and platforms to continuously improve engagement and ROI.
3. Performance Monitoring & Cost Adjustment

Continuously monitor CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS, dynamically adjusting bids and budgets to maximize efficiency.
Generate performance reports with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
Meta Ads Execution & Trend Integration
Identify trending topics, seasonal demand, and parent-driven interests to produce high-impact Meta campaigns.
Work with the creative team to deliver timely, trend-aligned ad content (video, carousel, static).
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Proven track record of improving conversion rates and lowering acquisition costs through structured testing and optimization.
Deep understanding of landing page dynamics, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.

The MarketingSpecialist I is office-based.

How will you make an impact:
The MarketingSpecialist will provide overall support of ADLINK North Americas marketing activities and will also work closely with ADLINK North Americas' sales and marketing team and provide assistance (and in some cases responsible for) in the creation, execution, and reporting on assigned digital marketing and/or trade shows and online event activities, making sure that they are positioned appropriately in the market and competitive landscape.

•Oversee event-related budgets, packing, shipping, and inventory allocation.
Content & Social Media Management
•Create, curate, and manage content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook via Oktopost-developing copy, sourcing visuals, and managing both paid and organic posts.

Reporting & Optimization
