YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains safe and timely delivery of quality supply based on production schedules while maintaining an efficient operation. Organizes and executes research protocols and operational plans for site day-to-day priorities.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, 3+ years' work-related experience in agriculture, supply chain, or manufacturing.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $75,250.40 - $112,875.60. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Position will travel between all FCS locations and will occasionally work outside exposed to elements, work from heights, work around loud noise, be exposed to grain dust and agricultural equipment.
While performing job functions the employee will be required to talk and hear most of the time. The employee will spend frequent intervals moving and sitting, while also needing to reach, bend, twist, crawl, crouch, stoop or kneel. The employee will need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and 15 pounds frequently and maneuver on and off mobile equipment. The physicality of this job is low.
