Lead and Facilitate Training: * Develop and provide training with a focus on practical shop floor applications to plant teams on operational excellence principles, methodologies, and tools to drive improvement in business operations. * Develop and mentor a team of CI Champions in each plant to drive organizational improvement effectiveness. * Standardized learning materials and enable ease of accessibility. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: * Collaborate and align CAPP functions and plants to achieve business directives to ensure the successful implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. * Partner with plant resources to establish a community of best practices that are implemented across the division. About the Role

About You
Experience:
7-10+ years of progressive leadership in full-risk Medicare Advantage revenue operations (provider or payer side)

At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an MRA coder strongly preferred
Prior experience overseeing or partnering closely with medical billing teams

* Oversees effective communications with event owners pre and post event
* Oversees the administration and high level of detail required in the organization of events
* Assists with labor law compliance and adherence

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in management, sports management, business or related field with 5-7 years experience in a leadership role in operational management and/or event management

* Must have excellent interpersonal, project management and problem-solving skills
* Must be a team player
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

The Manager issues standard marine operating guidance and procedures for prudent vessel operations aligned with American Cruise Lines' policy. In coordination with Captains, the Fleet Operations Center, and the Director of Marine Operations, Managers coordinate verbal and written inspection and incident reporting to the USCG. Desire to travel and work a flexible schedule.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
US Coast Guard regulated pre-employment drug test and periodic consortium testing.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 50%) to vessels within the assigned region.
