Gateway Management Company is seeking a President to lead performance accountability across its portfolio. The President will oversee property management across all Gateway properties, with a focus on financial integrity, operational excellence, and compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Key Responsibilities With a relationship and data-driven approach to management, the President provides direct supervision to the RVPs in Property Management Operations and Service Operations. This supervision ensures that the operations and maintenance of all properties align with overarching standards emphasizing quality, occupancy, cost control, and revenue objectives.
