Reporting to the Senior VP/GM for the Industrial Components Division within the Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment, the Senior Director of ProductManagement is accountable for driving the P&L for the Bearings business. This role ensures achievement of annual revenue and profitability goals, strengthens sales & operations planning, improves inventory & product availability, and provides strategic leadership to position the business for long-term growth. The role supports policy deployment initiatives to deliver growth with differentiated, sustainable solutions and applies the Regal Business Systems (RBS) approach, leveraging 80/20 principles to understand markets, customers, product differentiation, and value propositions. The Sr Director will develop a product innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
This position requires close collaboration with engineering, product development, sales, customer care, finance, materials planning, and operations leadership. As a senior leader, the role builds and develops a high-performing team that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and drives excellence. A key focus is maintaining strong customer satisfaction and growing market share.
Key Responsibilities

Innovation: Drive product line simplification for cost savings and lead VOC and innovation exercises to define requirements and value propositions.
Pricing & Sales Strategy: Define and implement pricing and sales policies across the division
Market Intelligence: Maintain expertise in a competitive landscape, including product and pricing strategy.
Collaboration: Partner with other segment and division ProductManagers to develop effective product line opportunities. Analyze potential partnerships to enhance offerings
Planning: Consolidate annual sales plans for all products, promotional strategies and related data for divisional alignment.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

As part of the talented New Product Development team, the Build Manager is responsible for the successful execution of New Product pilot builds. The hiring range for this position is $103,200 to $144,000 annually. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

$145,000.00 - $210,200.00
Non-Metro New York state & Washington state:
$129,000.00 - $187,000.00

Primary Objectives

Specific Responsibilities

Provides inputs on new product launch forecasts. Meets with cross-functional consumer facing stakeholders & external customers to determine future marketing needs and actions. Ensure timely adjustments to changing markets and competitive conditions based on acquired field knowledge.
* Brand Execution Planning: Evaluates and assigns product launch priorities based on greatest opportunities to hit financial target, ROI and Brand metrics. Develops core marketing assets to be leveraged across all channels rooted in consumer insights and research. Develop recommendation for marketing mix strategies to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences. Leverage best practice Performance Marketing results in Campaign development and execution.
* Collaborative Media Planning: Partner with Media Team to align the right content for the right platforms to support new launches. Monitor performance to identify opportunities for improvement & in-campaign optimization.

* Budget Management: Manages assigned Campaign Budget(s) to achieve financial objectives and provides support and detailed input into the KBNA Communications budget for assigned product category.
* Reporting: Monitors the success, impact, and contributions of all programs, communicating successes, failures, and next steps to management on a timely basis.
* Situational Leadership: Lead a highly collaborative cross functional team that simultaneously drives accountability and quality across internal and external stakeholders. Build trust and gains alignment between Communications, KBNA Category Strategy and Channel Marketing organizations.
Skills/Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent. MBA preferred.
* 5+ years of Marketing or Brand Management experience at Consumer Goods, Home, Lifestyle or Luxury brand teams/organizations.
* Demonstrated leadership cross functionally with strong ability to influence complex organizations by building full trust from leaders, peers, and teams.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze, think creatively, innovate and plan with attention to detail and accuracy.
