Utilize management tools and keep neat, accurate, and current records
Review performance metrics daily and develop action plans to enhance the execution of systems and processes to improve profitability, sales, and guest experience

Handle and report guest and team member complaints/concerns/injuries timely and in a friendly and respectful manner
Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Fully understand and utilize company software systems and ensure accounting practices align with corporate compliance standards.
Collaborate closely with other department leads (HVAC, Plumbing, BD) to support cross-functional growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
Electrical license required; Marion County Electrical Contractor License preferred, or ability to obtain within 60 days.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a residential, commercial, or industrial electrical business.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including the ability to read, interpret, and bid off plans and specifications.
Experience managing both construction and service operations within the electrical industry.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in financial oversight, forecasting, and budget management.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills with experience in training, mentoring, and performance management.
Track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Effective communicator with strong organizational, time management, and delegation skills.
