Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Interact with customers in the dealership setting; listening as they communicate their needs and desires for their next new or used vehicle and assisting them in finding what's right for them.
Work alongside our financing team, facilitating communication, protecting customers' private information and obtaining the information necessary to create the deal.
Market yourself via word-of-mouth, social media, and networking connections.
Attend sales meetings, set goals and actively work the sales process to meet them.
This position involves actively seeking out customers and walking them through each step of the buying process. It is not a boring desk job!
Saturday availability is required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Outgoing personality, willingness to engage with new people in a friendly, courteous fashion
Integrity is key; must be honest, dependable, and prepared to follow all federal, state and local laws and regulations relating to automobile sales.
A current, valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are strongly preferred.
Prior sales experience is nice to have, but not required, if you are willing to learn.
