RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and maintenance practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Outstanding customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
