The Residency Coordinator serves as a key liaison between prospective residents, current residents, families, and internal departments. This role manages the residency process from initial inquiry through move-in, ensures accurate documentation and compliance, maintains resident records, and supports ongoing community engagement. Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Management: Respond to inquiries, track all interactions in a CRM system, and nurture relationships with potential residents and their families
Sales and Tours: Conduct tours of the community, present information on living options and work to close sales to secure new residents
Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with prospects, families and referral sources such as hospitals and other senior service organizations
Community and Marketing Support: Ensure the community is clean, tour ready and assist with marketing events, outreach and community engagement
Administrative and Logistical Support: Help with scheduling, processing paperwork, coordinating move-in logistics, and providing orientation for new residents

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Human Services, Business Administration or Communications related field; professional experience in lieu of a degree may be considered

Responsibilities:
Coordinates client services at New View Industries including prevocational services, day services, supported employment, youth daily living skills services, and comprehensive community services (CCS) for youth and adults with disabilities and mental health conditions.
Assesses client needs, develops case plans and documents progress through regular contact on site.

Qualifications:

Capable of being firm, but have sensitivity, and able to use tact and diplomacy in dealing with fellow employees, clients and their families, legal guardians, general public, and other public or private agencies.

JOB PURPOSE:
Conduct outreach to educate the public about FoodShare benefits at a variety of community locations. Collaborate with local community organizations and community-based partners to coordinate referrals and to increase the quantity of FoodShare applications submitted through Sheboygan County Food Bank and Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin. Screen clients electronically and assist them in completing the FoodShare application process, including online application support through the Wisconsin ACCESS portal. The Kaukauna Recreation Department is looking for a Gymnastics Coordinator for spring and summer 2026. The Gymnastics Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing appropriate instructional gymnastics and tumbling program for students of various ages, grades, abilities and educational and social needs.
Program Dates/Times
Evenings 4:30 - 8pm
Beginning in April 2026 What You Will Do The Gymnastics Coordinator will plan, prepare and deliver teaching plans that facilitate the learning and fundamental skills and techniques. The Coordinator will provide a variety of activities to facilitate participant learning and will establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities and goals. This position will set up and clean up the gym, facilities and equipment before and after classes.
The Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with participants and parents to provide feedback on performance, goals and development. This person will develop the skills of participants through coaching on the use of equipment, techniques, spotting, and enforcing safety measures.
The Gymnastics Coordinator will partner with others in the Recreation Department on programs, activities, equipment and facilities. What You Will Bring (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Necessary)
Advanced Knowledge of Gymnastics and associated skills and strategies.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Prior coaching/teaching experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements The physical requirements of this position include:
Ability to run, stoop, kneel, climb, bend, lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to sustain prolonged visual concentration.
Ability to stand/sit for prolonged periods of time.
Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed for the program dates/times.
PAY
$23.00 PER HOUR This position is seasonal for the duration of the program and does not include benefits.

Essential Duties:
Oversee LCS career development including:
Academic support for Cooperative Education (CoOp) coursework
Organize, train, recruit for job coaching
Provide direct job coaching
Recruit / work with CoOp to secure CoOp placements
Serve as CoOp point of contact
Provide life skills coursework and person-centered plan goal work direction and support in job-related skills (resume building, interview skills, soft skills, etc.)
Build relationships for students with local, "hometown" DVR (or equivalent)
Ensure that each student develops a long-range transitional plan.
Assist students to find competitive, inclusive employment upon graduation
Develop and implement strategies for ongoing program improvement.
Assist in recruiting, advising, and retaining students in the program including providing informational sessions to prospective students and their families.
Work with family members and students from inquiry to graduation and beyond to problem-solve and ensure a successful transition and educational experience.
Assist the development of program curriculum and learning experiences.
Develop, monitor, and update person-centered plans based on student strengths, needs, and future vision.
Hire, lead, and evaluate program personnel including a graduate assistant and undergraduate student supports responsible for mentoring, academic coaching, job coaching, and assisting with residential and student life programming.
Track and report progress toward program goals using a range of metrics.
Assist with program promotion through informational sessions and meeting with potential donors as requested.
Qualifications and Skills
The program coordinator will:
Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in special education, rehabilitation psychology, or vocational rehabilitation, or related degree; advanced degree preferred.
Have at least 2 years relevant teaching or related experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities at the secondary or post-secondary level.
Possess knowledge and skill relating to assessment, development of person centered and individualized course learning plans, creating accommodations and modifications, and Universal Design.
Be committed and able to promote positive change through an inclusive learning environment.
Possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
Have the flexibility to work, daytime, evening, and weekend hours as required to carry out the responsibilities of the position.
Have the ability to use computer software and other technology to effectively manage the program.
Be able to travel to volunteer and/or employment sites.
Be energized by the opportunity to build, implement, and continuously improve the program to serve our community.

Purpose of the Coordinator Position: To build the organizational structure, activity, and influence of The John Birch Society within his assigned territory, i.e., building, motivating, and managing an effective grassroots organization.
General Responsibilities:
The Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment of members and the building of chapters and sections. You will be directly and primarily responsible for the growth and health of the organization within his/her territory.
Find, train, motivate and supervise chapter leaders and section leaders. The Coordinator is accountable for their productivity and will work with them regularly. You will then evaluate each volunteer leader's effectiveness and will implement training programs to improve their skills every quarter.
The Coordinator's priority is to establish new chapters and strengthen existing chapters. His/her secondary responsibilities include establishing committees such as SYLP, Con-Con, Get US Out, etc.
As a leader, the Coordinator is responsible for the influence that the organization exercises. He/her must find and develop leaders who will assume responsibility for the success of local projects.
Coordinators must not lead chapters, speakers' committees, or other local projects; they are professionals, not paid volunteers!
Develop effective leadership for standing committees and special activities (e.g., Speakers Bureau, Businessmen's Seminars, Council Dinners, Executive Meetings, subscription drives).
The Coordinator must cooperate with all races and religions in a manner of goodwill, consistent with The John Birch Society's aims.
Develop a growing base of financial support through donations and or Continued Support Club (CSC) contributions to be self-funded.

The Coordinator must be a self-starter and able to work on their own.
The Coordinator must live within his/her territory's primary zone that has the most significant potential for success or willing to move to open territories. The location will be a prerequisite of his employment.

Travel is a necessary part of the Coordinator's duties. In general, two weeks per month work schedule is within your home zone; the remaining time could be requiring lodging. The travel schedule is dependent based on activity or events that require greater attention for success. Responsibilities:
Coordinates client services at New View Industries including prevocational services, day services, supported employment, youth daily living skills services, and comprehensive community services (CCS) for youth and adults with disabilities and mental health conditions.
Assesses client needs, develops case plans and documents progress through regular contact on site.
Provides and completes intake services including gathering information, assessing safety, making appropriate referrals for client programming, and determining client eligibility.
As needed, works with stakeholders to develop crisis / behavioral support plans to help support client needs. Responds and assists with emergency client incidents as needed.

Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; with two to three years of related experience and/or training with the target population required. However, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience with a strong customer service background, employment and training programs and additional training in Case Management, Social Worker Ethics, Trauma Informed Care.
Capable of being firm, but have sensitivity, and able to use tact and diplomacy in dealing with fellow employees, clients and their families, legal guardians, general public, and other public or private agencies.
Able to work with limited daily supervision and make accurate, rapid, independent decisions regarding planning, scheduling and in completing case assignments in order of priority and necessity.
Ability to influence the actions of others, self-direction, and self-motivation are required.
Additional training in communication skills, interpersonal relationships, case management, is preferred.
Capable of working flexible hours to meet client/family needs.
Knowledge of the principles and practices used in working with individuals with a disability.
Basic understanding and utilization of computers.
