Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and serve meals in accordance with school nutrition guidelines and standardized recipes. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, serving areas, and equipment. Set up and break down serving lines and dining areas before and after meal service. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., ovens, warmers). Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools according to health regulations. Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of needed supplies. Accurately portion and serve meals to students and staff. Follow directions from kitchen lead while demonstrating independent problem-solving when needed. Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food deliveries.
