The Cultivation Specialist provides on-site support to multiple gardens within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Cultivation Specialist you are responsible for maintaining quality control measures and ensuring the health and safety of crop during the life stages of the plant, from propagation to pre-harvest. Cultivations Specialists may be cross-trained and asked to support other departments from time to time to meet business needs. The Production Specialist provides on-site support to the production areas within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Production Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the manufacturing of cannabis infused edibles and assembling and packaging products for distribution. Production Specialists may be cross-trained and asked to support other departments occasionally to meet business needs, including but not limited to the processing of dry cannabis flower.
