Program Requirements Pursuing a degree in accounting or business-related field In 1st or 2nd year at a 4-year institution (freshman or sophomore standing) Demonstrated leadership and involvement in campus or community organizations Strong communication and collaboration skills Motivated to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Academic success (a minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred) What makes us different? The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA.
