Ensures customer relationship management (CRM) software is accurate and current on all business development activities, including calls, emails, marketing campaigns, meetings, etc. Tracks and reports on key performance metrics and marketing activities on an as needed basis. Develops an expertise in navigating key healthcare and real estate industry websites to assist in the execution of day-to-day responsibilities as well as a means to uncovering new potential leads.
