Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
* Plan, set-up, operate, troubleshoot, and monitor vehicle systems tests and evaluations in lab and track environments.
* Determine required test instruments, install instruments, and perform calibrations. Install, set-up, and operate required test automation equipment to operate tests. Establish, follow, and document lab test procedures.
* Determine if the component(s)/system(s) under evaluation are operating per the intended design criteria.
* Troubleshoot problems, determine, and implement corrective action.
* Interface effectively with support groups and customers, such as Vehicle Electronics, Design Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.
* Collect and analyze test data, and use to identify trends, problems.
* Communicate data with others effectively.
* Write formal, technical test reports.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in one of the following majors or a related field: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering

* Internship will run May 19, 2026-August 7, 2026
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Special Projects: Assist with and/or manage special IT projects as directed
* Technical Support: Provide over-the-phone and in-person support for computer repair, configuration, deployment, and IT asset tracking
* Documentation: Document support calls in our helpdesk software and contribute to expanding our knowledge base
* Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network systems, and other equipment issues Research and identify solutions to technical problems
* Device Support: Support desktop and laptop computers, Android, and iOS mobile devices
* Application Support: Assist with Office 365 applications, cell phone plans, printing, VOIP telephony, and shipping software
* Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
* Compliance: Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments
* Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required:
* In process of obtaining Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or IT
* Must be able to attend work regularly and reliably on a part-time schedule for a duration of 8-12 weeks (35-40 hours a week) during the summer months
