Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support focusing primarily on end-user devices (computers, printers, tablets, cellphones, radios, CISCO phones, video walls, conference rooms, etc.) and specialized systems M-F with 24/7 on-call support.
Provide onsite technology support for the existing DCC.
Collaborate with other TO personnel to provide support, including after-hours as needed, for storm-related and critical 24/7 business operations.
Manage implementation of OS and system patches/updates to minimize impact on operations.
Escort vendors on-site and ensure NERC/CIP compliance.
Provide consulting, including technology needs assessments, potential solutions, and automation opportunities.
Work with the business and other TO departments for incident and problem resolution.
Identify opportunities to educate business partners on leveraging the use of technology more effectively.
Provide project management, planning, coordination, and technical support during project implementations.
Build relationships with key business partners and act as a liaison between the business and TO.
Partner with TO End User Analysts, TO Planning Analysts, Application Portfolio teams, and other TO groups to form a dedicated support team.
Consult with business partners to ensure understanding of technology costs of TO products and services for budgeting and billing purposes.
Provide technical support and consulting for employees at all levels, including executives.
Aptitude to become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for related technology tools and applications. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
Proficient technical knowledge of office computing environments, including PC hardware, Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), and their relevance in solving business problems.

1. Crane Operations: 60%
● Overhead crane operations in the Transshipment hangar, A320 Final Assembly Line, Final Phase hangars, and A220 FAL to receive and deliver the major aircraft components utilizing a variety of overhead crane configurations and lifting devices.
2. Aircraft Towing: 20%
● Operating heavy aircraft tow tugs for the movement of aircraft into and out of various hangars in support of pre-Final Operational Testing.
● Ensuring aircraft system readiness and proper configuration aircraft towing operations, cargo loading, aircraft mooring, electrical power connections, ventilation for air supply, and cabin access all in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM). MAA AOA training.
3. Logistics / Site Services: 15%
● Coordinating logistical support for cannibalization, reallocation, out of sequence requests of aircraft materials, and the return of sea transport jigs.
● Operation of heavy equipment to load/ unload shipping containers of MCAs using 30 k forklift.
● Operation of heavy equipment to support unloading of MCAs from sea jigs at heights of 20-30 feet using articulating man lift or scissor lifts.
● Fueling activities for ground support equipment (GSE). Using portable fuel tanks.
4. Completion of Documentation/ Training: 5%
● Adherence to various policies regarding accurate recording of completed work and work-in-progress by using daily job cards to record activities.
● Notifies affected parties when clerical errors are discovered or documentation is incomplete.
● Using SOIs to perform each task assigned and documenting any discrepancies.
● Maintains accurate and up-to-date training records of EHS, SAP.
● Ensure required daily pre-operational inspections of GSE are completed. Additional Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Crane Operations: 60%
● Overhead crane operations in the Transshipment hangar, A320 Final Assembly Line, Final Phase hangars, and A220 FAL to receive and deliver the major aircraft components utilizing a variety of overhead crane configurations and lifting devices.
2. Aircraft Towing: 20%
● Operating heavy aircraft tow tugs for the movement of aircraft into and out of various hangars in support of pre-Final Operational Testing.
● Ensuring aircraft system readiness and proper configuration aircraft towing operations, cargo loading, aircraft mooring, electrical power connections, ventilation for air supply, and cabin access all in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM). MAA AOA training.
3. Logistics / Site Services: 15%
● Coordinating logistical support for cannibalization, reallocation, out of sequence requests of aircraft materials, and the return of sea transport jigs.
● Operation of heavy equipment to load/ unload shipping containers of MCAs using 30 k forklift.
● Operation of heavy equipment to support unloading of MCAs from sea jigs at heights of 20-30 feet using articulating man lift or scissor lifts.
● Fueling activities for ground support equipment (GSE). Using portable fuel tanks.
4. Completion of Documentation/ Training: 5%
● Adherence to various policies regarding accurate recording of completed work and work-in-progress by using daily job cards to record activities.
● Notifies affected parties when clerical errors are discovered or documentation is incomplete.
● Using SOIs to perform each task assigned and documenting any discrepancies.
● Maintains accurate and up-to-date training records of EHS, SAP.
● Ensure required daily pre-operational inspections of GSE are completed. Additional Responsibilities:

This position will be based in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidates will reside in the Birmingham, AL area.
Responsibilities
• Participate in status meetings and provide status to Project Managers
• Work with Architects to develop, test and deploy new features and functionalities for the CRM platform
• Design, develop and unit test solutions between disparate systems, troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues
• Ensure a Technical design document (TDD) is maintained
• Work with Administrator to deploy code throughout the development process and monitor and configure system
• Gain a deep understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices.
Qualifications
• Working on a BS or BA degree in a computer related field
• Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Experience with software development methodologies
• Working knowledge of Java, MS Dynamics CRM and/or .Net a plus
• High Level understanding of full lifecycle development
• Ability to work within a team
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Must be self-motivated and know when to seek guidance
• Individual must be a self-starter and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• Capable of learning new tools and technologies.
• Ability to provide strong problem-solving skills a variety of method
