This assistance ranges from desktop support, incident resolution and reporting, documentation, and general IT administrative and support services. Duties and responsibilities: Set up new laptops and employee accounts, ensuring optimal configuration for performance and usability. Install and update drivers to maintain hardware compatibility and system stability. Perform password resets and unlock user accounts as needed. Replace or troubleshoot faulty electronic equipment (e.g., monitors, keyboards, peripherals). Monitor and manage threat/spam emails, escalating issues when necessary.
